Irish coffee dessert

Source : Taste of Cold Sweet Temptations.
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder mixed with 1/2 tsp hot water
1/2 tsp mocha emulco
200 g cream cheese
100 g sweetened condensed milk
100 g whipped cream
Coffee Syrup
1 tbsp nescafe
200 ml hot water
1 tbs sugar
10 sponge fingers cut into half
1. Filling : Combine all ingredients A and set aside.
Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add in sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth.
Add in A,C & mix well.
2. Soak sponge fingers into the coffee syrup and arrange into the prepared cups.
3. Spoon cream cheese filing into a piping bag and pipe onto the sponge fingers.
4. Chill in a fridge until set.(3-4 hrs)
Yield: 10 cups
I used gelatine ( 1/2 tbsp gelatine dissolved in 30 ml water & melted by double-boiling) after step no. 1.
sprinkle some grated chocolate between layer of sponge finger & cheese
some chocolate chips for decoration.
