thank you for dropping by my blog.here's how i did my sweet shortcrust pastry.Ingredients:A 200 g butter 100 g sugarB 1 eggC 400 g flour 30 g milk powderMethod:1. Mix A till well blended. Add in B. Cream untill smooth. Add in sieved C and mix untill well combined.2. Press into tart mould. use fork to prick some holes onto the pastry.3. Bake at 180 C for 15-20 mins or till golden brown.4. Remove from the oven. Set aside to cool. Ready to use.
