Fruit Tart

    i must admit, being an at home mom i do feel i should at least know how to cook a good cookie!!

    here's how i did my sweet shortcrust pastry.

    Ingredients:
    A 200 g butter
    100 g sugar
    B 1 egg
    C 400 g flour
    30 g milk powder
    Method:
    1. Mix A till well blended.
    Add in B. Cream untill
    smooth. Add in sieved C
    and mix untill well
    combined.
    2. Press into tart mould.
    use fork to prick some
    holes onto the pastry.
    3. Bake at 180 C for 15-20
    mins or till golden brown.
    4. Remove from the oven.
    Set aside to cool.
    Ready to use.
